He becomes the only one who can level up, changing his fate
Story
More than a decade after the 'gate' opened connecting worlds, awakening superpowered “hunters,” the weakest hunter, Sung Jinwoo, encounters a double dungeon and embarks on a mysterious mission. As a longtime fan of the online movie Solo Leveling, I was excited to see it make its way to the big screen.
After the recap, the real highlight begins: the first two episodes of Season 2 (I guess)
The film opens with an hour-long recap of Season 1, which, while a bit long for my taste, served as a solid introduction for newcomers. I brought a friend who hadn’t seen the first season, and to my surprise, he was able to follow the story without any trouble—though the transitions between scenes and episodes seemed a bit abrupt, even for me.
It was breathtaking
The animation and design perfectly capture the essence of the webtoon, delivering the same thrilling, high-quality visuals that fans have come to love. The collaboration with Sony was reflected in the flawless production.
For fans and newcomers alike, it’s a great taster of what’s to come
This theatrical event has me excited for the upcoming season and I can’t wait to see it on Crunchyroll.
